I'm one of the fortunate ones to be treated by Dr. Pooja Mehta of TheraCure- Personalized Care Clinic, in Mumbai. She’s been able to help me with all my injuries, even the chronic ones. Dr Pooja Mehta pushes me to do tougher and more intense workouts. And despite my Parkinson's, she's been able to get me working out better and better each day. She combines yoga with an intense TRX regime, weight training with stretching and functional with cardio! She has helped me with conditioning to significantly improve my golf game! And trust me it works. For a lazy exerciser, she has got my engine going to look forward to her thrice a week visits! I get energized post workouts. She's good!
