Just like you do not fit into your friend’s clothing, your workout routine too should be customized to your body. After the completion of your full body assessment on the day of your first consultation, we are able to tell which muscles in your body are tight, weak, overactive and are able to prescribe a Customized Exercise, Strengthening and Stretching Program to fill in those specific missing links. We also build upon your exercise program and include tougher/ more complex exercises to establish optimal strength and fitness.
