➢ So, what is Ergonomics?
Ergonomics is a study or technique which focuses on designing products and systems, keeping human physiology and psychology in mind.
In a nutshell, it means adjusting the products and services, like chairs for instance to suit the comfort of humans.
Office Ergonomics, therefore, is very important since it is the one place where we are constantly sitting, without much movement.
